As a Business Analyst, you are an essential part of a transformation project team focused on replacing our core systems. You act as a bridge between business and IT and play a key role in the successful implementation of the new system landscape.
What to expect
- You analyze and document business processes in the life insurance sector
- You gather, structure, and prioritize requirements in close collaboration with business departments
- You create business scenarios, use cases, user stories, and process models (e.g., BPMN)
- You support in data migration activities
- You conduct functional acceptance testing
The skills you'll bring
- Several years of experience in the insurance industry (individual life insurance)
- Comprehensive knowledge of insurance-related workflows and operational processes
- Experienced in requirements management, business analysis and familiar with agile methodologies
- Analytical and conceptual thinking, assertiveness, negotiation skills, and team spirit
- Experience with international projects and intercultural collaboration required
- Excellent spoken and written English is a must, fluent in German, French, or Italian is seen as a plus
- A university degree in business or insurance
