As a CISO you are at the forefront of protecting the business in an increasingly complex digital landscape, strengthening our cyber security posture by identifying risks, implementing effective security measures and enabling secure business growth through trusted expertise and strategic guidance.

What to expect
- Contribute to the definition and implementation of the cyber security strategy, aligned with Group standards and business needs
- Identify and assess cyber security risks and define appropriate mitigation measures in collaboration with IT, Risk and Compliance
- Ensure appropriate security measures across applications, infrastructure, endpoints and cloud environments, including vulnerability and patch management
- Support secure processes for software development, cloud security, access management, data protection and third-party security
- Coordinate and support the effective management of security incidents and cyber threats, including incident response and cyber readiness
- Prepare security reporting and recommendations for senior management and collaborate closely with Group Security and relevant internal stakeholders
The skills you'll bring
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Security or a comparable field
- Several years of relevant experience in cyber security, ideally within an international organization or consulting environment
- Strong knowledge of cyber security risks, emerging threats, security technologies and controls
- Solid experience in incident management, vulnerability management, cloud and application security, and security risk management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex security topics into clear recommendations for technical, business and senior stakeholders
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA or ISO 27001 are an advantage; experience in financial services or insurance is a plus
- Fluent English is a must; German, French, and/or Italian are a strong advantage
